The service
Greenlabel, run by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], helps you plan, draft and publish LinkedIn posts. It is in beta: features may change, and it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
Your account
You need an invite to create an account during the beta. Keep access to your email address secure, because it is how you sign in. You must be at least 18 and allowed to use LinkedIn.
Your content and approvals
- Your posts are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.
- AI drafts can contain mistakes. Read each post before you approve it. A post is only published after you approve it, schedule it or click Post now, and you are responsible for what you publish.
- Don't use Greenlabel for spam, misleading content, impersonation, or anything that breaks the law or LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
Greenlabel is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn. Publishing depends on LinkedIn's API, which LinkedIn can change or limit. LinkedIn asks you to reconnect your account about every 60 days.
Fair use and limits
To keep the service affordable, AI features have daily limits, and we may pause AI features if overall use exceeds our budget. Posts that are already approved still publish.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and we'll tell you why where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for posts you approved. [ADD LIABILITY CAP AND ANY CONSUMER-LAW CARVE-OUTS.]
